Calibrating the Mechanism

What is going on L&M family?Jesse here.Uh,I'm in the New York city and I wanted to announce a little shift in direction.Uh,we're going to be relaunching.I,took about a month and a half off one to recharge my batteries.And two to kind of think through How or what direction I want to take this podcast And of course,We're still going to want to be highlighting the rock star trade professionals As often as possible,but You know,I found it's a little difficult to,to get on their schedules.They're busy,they got a lot going on,so if y'all have any ideas,hit me up with those please.Specifically people that are working,like doing the work,putting their hands on the building of the stuff.so I'm90days just to see what it's like,see if you guys get any value out of it.Uh,and the experiment is going to be this every Monday,I'm going to be posting one of the Monday morning hugs.So some of the L and M family members are very familiar with the Monday morning hugs.And the rest of you will very soon get familiar.It's a nice little thought,a little question,something that's been in my head.They're usually about.90seconds to three minutes long.And it's just to help you get your thinking in the right direction to kick off for an amazing week.Which leaves room for weekly interviews with my construction people,with my trade professionals out there.And so for,at least for sure,there will be one episode every week.It may be a short little nugget of an episode,but it's still an episode.and if when I get the interviews done,then that means we're going to have two episodes a week,the longer form type stuff.and I'm also tinkering around with an idea about doing some solo episodes.And so maybe that's what I'll do when I don't,when I'm not able to interview like a construction professional.I'll drop us a little solo pod like this one here right now.I know it's noisy out here.I'm right here in Times Square.It is like the coolest,but I appreciate y'all for hanging in there.Um,any ideas you have around what you'd like to hear more of or less of,and also any tips and tricks you have for lining up some craft professionals that are out there still doing the work.I would love if you got a family member or somebody that you care deeply about that you want to celebrate And they ain't scared about spending a few minutes on the on the screen with me I am excited to interview them be cool,and we'll talk at you next time peace
