Its way easy for me to challenge my people about celebrating, taking time to embrace their wins there by recognizing and including others in these wins.
And yesterday as I was producing the latest episode of the Learnings and Missteps Podcast, I decided to express gratitude to the #LnMfamily and their dedication in helping us reach the 5000 download milestone.
I fell apart, I was unexpectedly flooded with emotion. The words filled about 20 seconds, but the silence of me holding my tears back filled over 2 minutes of an incredibly proud and confusing moment.
Confusing because I couldnt understand why I was crying.
Today I think I figured out, I was crying because I did a good thing. Ive been doing good things and Im still learning how to celebrate that, Im still learning how to be proud of myself.
Those tears were filled with years of uncelebrated moments.
So today I choose to celebrate with you.
