The first phase has been on facilitation for connection, where my sister, Jennifer Lacy, and I have shared our strategies and feelings on the subject.

In-Person Training with Jennifer Lacy
Believe it or not, until recently, Jennifer Lacy and I had never conducted in-person training together. That changed with the NAMC Intro to Lean Construction session, and it was a blast! The engagement and energy were so high that we couldn’t cover everything in one go.
Our takeaway? We need to do this more often and maybe even offer a longer course so that participants can fully grasp and apply these concepts. Stay tuned for more training opportunities!
