This Monday Morning Hug is pulled from one our Emotional Bungee Jumpers sessions. The take away is that when we put words to our fears and invite people in to our lives, them fears get smaller.

What scares you the most? These are the type of questions that come up in our emotional bungee jumper sessions. And that one specifically, it feels a little accusational, right? Like you're telling me I'm scared. I ain't scared fool. You scared. But when I think about it, there's something holding me back from making that decision and taking the action. Uh, and a lot of times it is some sort of fear. Fear of losing something, fear of embarrassment, fear of failure, which I think are a human thing to experience. The magic is when I start saying or examining what it is that I fear the most, all of a sudden the That big hairy thing that I was worried about shrinks and gets smaller and almost seems insignificant after I get it out of my head. And so the question to you is what scares you the most? Hopefully sharing doesn't scare you. So remember sharing is caring. Be cool and we'll talk at you next time. Peace.
Here are some great episodes to start with.
